CRUISE CANADA NEW ENGLAND (CCNE) OVERVIEW From June 9 to 11, 2026, Visit Portland traveled to Saguenay, Canada for the Cruise Canada New England Symposium. The event welcomed over 200 industry delegates, including representatives from ports, cruise lines, tourism operators, marine agencies, and government stakeholders. The CCNE Symposium provides an invaluable platform for industry and stakeholders to share insights, foster relationships, and learn about the latest trends.

SEATRADE CRUISE GLOBAL

OVERVIEW In partnership with Cruise Maine and the Cruise Canada New England Alliance (CCNE), Visit Portland attended the 2026 SeaTrade Cruise Global conference in Miami from April 11–16. Visit Portland joined City of Portland representatives Toni Doucette and Rob Kierstead at the world’s largest cruise industry conference to strengthen relationships with cruise line executives, itinerary planners, and industry partners while promoting Portland as a premier New England cruise destination. Together, they participated in one-on-one meetings with major cruise lines including Royal Caribbean, Norwegian Cruise Line, Celebrity, Carnival, Virgin Voyages, and Holland America.
