PORTLAND PRIDE FEATURED IN ARTICLES WHAT DID THE PROJECT ENTAIL? Visit Portland collaborated with Madden Media on a targeted public relations initiative to elevate Portland as an inclusive travel destination. As part of the project, Madden secured media placements focused on LGBTQ+ travel and Pride Month activities, aligning with The campaign resulted in meaningful national coverage, including features in Pride Journeys , The Gay Lane Substack, and Vacationer. These articles showcased Portland’s Pride Month offerings and inclusive atmosphere to diverse audiences, helping strengthen the region’s visibility as a welcoming destination. This effort supports Visit Portland’s ongoing commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
