I.D.E.A.S. SERIES

I.D.E.A.S. (Inclusion, Diversity & Equity Advancement Series) is a collaborative program presented by the Portland Chamber of Commerce in partnership with Visit Portland. Running monthly from February through June 2025, the series offers educational sessions focused on fostering more inclusive, equitable workplaces. Each session highlights a distinct topic—such as LGBTQ+ awareness, ageism, neurodiversity, and addressing trauma and exploitation—and features a diverse lineup of speakers and organizations with expertise in those areas. In addition to co-presenting the series, Visit Portland promoted the program to ensure broad community participation and awareness.
