Newport, RI | April 7-9, 2025 Overview: This regional platform allowed us to meet one on one with key travel decision-makers and reinforce Portland’s position within the broader New England narrative, highlighting our distinct coastal charm and urban appeal. Total Attendees: 200 One-on-One Appointments: 31 Countries Met With: Germany, Italy, Mexico, Japan, France, United States, Netherlands, Belgium, Ireland, Canada, United Kingdom, Switzerland Highlights: Fostering relationships and connecting partners with travel professions has result in approximately 20 properties have been connected and are now contracting with Receptive operators to fill their properties, post covid. Portland’s inclusion on two maps for Tour Agencies.

Chicago, IL | June 14-18, 2025 Overview: As the leading international inbound travel trade show, our presence at IPW connected Portland with top global buyers, strengthening relationships and building interest in our region as a sustainable and culturally rich destination. We attended with the Maine Office of Tourism and met with vetted travel professionals through one-on-one appointments. Total Attendees: ≈ 5,000 travel professionals from across the world One-on-One Appointments: 100 – split between Maine Office of Tourism, Sunday River, and Visit Portland Countries Met With: Germany, Italy, France, United States, Netherlands, Canada, Costa Rica, Australia, Israel, Belgium, India, Ireland, United Kingdom, Finland, Switzerland, China
